For consistent spray performance and longer component life, clean the airbrush immediately after each use.
After every session: Empty any remaining paint from the cup, add the correct cleaner for the material you were spraying, and flush the airbrush until the liquid sprays clear. A quick back-flush can help loosen paint remaining inside the fluid passage.
Needle cleaning: If paint begins to build up or the spray pattern becomes inconsistent, carefully remove the needle and wipe it clean with a soft cloth or tissue and suitable cleaner. Always wipe toward the needle tip and take care not to bend the 0.3mm point.
Nozzle cleaning: The 0.3mm nozzle is a precision part. If it becomes clogged, remove it carefully and soak or flush it with suitable cleaner. Never force pins, needles or oversized cleaning brushes through the nozzle, as this can enlarge or deform the opening and permanently affect the spray pattern.
Deep cleaning: A full disassembly is not necessary every time you change colour. Deep-clean the airbrush periodically or when you notice persistent clogging, sputtering or reduced paint flow.
Use the correct cleaner: Match the cleaner to the material being sprayed. Airgoo specifically recommends avoiding aggressive or unsuitable solvents that may damage internal seals and recommends neutral cleaning solutions where possible.
Protect the compressor: Never immerse the cordless compressor, charging port or electrical components in water or cleaning solution. Keep the unit dry and make sure the airbrush is clean before storing it.
Before storage: Remove remaining paint or cleaner, dry the airbrush and cups thoroughly, and store the kit in its case. Avoid leaving paint inside the airbrush between sessions.
